Chris Bianco opened Pizzeria Bianco in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona, in 1987. Renowned food experts have given the establishment highly favourable reviews. The restaurant, known nationally for its pizzas, has limited seats, occasionally resulting in wait periods that surprise casual customers. The establishment has a wood-fired oven and serves pizzas produced primarily by the owner using homemade mozzarella cheese. The eatery opened a second location in Phoenix’s Biltmore neighbourhood in 2013. The restaurant debuted a third location in Los Angeles in 2022.

Other Mexican favourites like burritos, quesadillas, and salsas are also available at Tacos Chiwas. Customers gush about the rich, excellent meals and the pleasant, warm ambience.

St. Francis

The family-owned, family-built, and family-run restaurant is in a historic Camelback Road structure just east of Central in uptown Phoenix. It welcomes guests to a community gathering place. The repurposed area was updated with a homey, rustic aesthetic that echoes the straightforward, impromptu “wood-fired cuisine.” St. Francis is the way to go for daily nourishment for families, couples, and even special occasions.

It’s for interacting with the neighbourhood and spreading the joy of straightforward, good food. The title “St. Francis” was derived from a 1936 land deed for the community. The Brophy family was the first owner. “St Francis” is also Spanish for San Francisco and played a significant role in Chef Chamberlin’s upbringing.

Barrio Café Gran Reserva

The historic Bragg’s Pie Factory is home to BCGR, which serves a chef’s tasting menu and classic meals from the original Barrio Café.
