Discover the magic of "roasting" while eating Claudio Corallo's chocolate-wrapped coffee beans. Then you'll visit the Coffee Museum at Monte Cafe plantation and meet with Efraim, a young Santomean enterprise that exports 100% organic coffee. You can eat lunch or visit Efraim's workshop depending on the timetable. After the ride, stop at Pereira Duarte for a sampling of home-roasted coffee. If we are lucky (and he is present), the owner will show us one of the island's oldest roasting equipment! Optional 2-hour coffee-making workshop (25€/p).
